The house was in a perfect condition: very spacious, tidy and clean; just as the pictures show. Due to my allergies, I am always very selective of the rentals we stay in for our vacations. The house was very clean and it was truly a relief for me.

We have been visiting Disney as a family for the last 4 years and we have stayed in other resorts; but this home was truly perfect for us. We found our home away from home and will be coming back. The location is also excellent as it is super close to several food options. The Disney Theme-Parks and Disney Springs are all just a few minutes away; with little traffic to get there. I highly recommend this home. We had a wonderful family vacation.

The house is well located. We had a Wal-Mart and many other stores, amenities and restaurants within 5 minutes from the house. We are a family of 8 and the house was very safe and comfortable; we all felt at home. Our girls spent many happy moments in the villa’s private pool. My wife truly appreciated the kitchen being complete with all the cooking essentials. It was also great for us all to be able to watch the World Cup while being in such a beautiful villa. I was able to finish pending business with the high-speed Internet connection. The furniture, linens and kitchenware were in excellent condition. We would definitely come back and stay at this home again and truly recommend it to others.

Me and my family had a wonderful time at Windsor Hills! We spent two full weeks and we totally loved the house and surroundings. The place is lush, we come from Bristol UK and were looking forward our family holiday in Orlando. The house is located in a great part of the city, very calm and touristic, got a Walmart close, food courts, gas station and more... and the best part is Disney parks are extremely close! When we got into the house we found everything tidy and organised, well maintained and full operating. Five starts for sure!

This was our fourth trip to Orlando and this was by far the best house we’ve stayed in. We paid a little more than we would usually pay but it was well worth it as this was a special trip for us including the grandkids for the first time ... both they and we weren’t disappointed!! The house was immaculate, clean and well prepared - an informative binder about the home and surroundings, which we haven’t had before. Fun pool table in the garage and a great swimming pool which the grandkids didn’t want to leave!!!!

The resort is great fun too, our first time on a gated resort here in Orlando and we will definitely come back to this house. It ticked all the boxes for us it really did. Can’t speak highly enough of the Home and the communication with Ashley when booking. 5 stars!! Thank you

We stayed at this beautiful Villa last February with my parents and we could not be happier. We absolutely love how clean, safe and convenient it was being very short walking distance to the resort major playground. The house is very well maintained, even better than the pictures, we all enjoyed our family times together by the heated pool and spa while enjoying a quite dinner. It was perfect for us to relax and unwind after a long day at the park. The home layout and private pool is perfect to share time with our family. With our busy lives, it is a true blessing to be able to come to this villa to enjoy our time with those we love the most. I will definitely keep coming to this villa and continue building lasting memories in it. 

I also enjoyed Windsor Hills community, it’s amenities and location are just perfect. So close to a well diverse group of restaurants and shops such as Walmart. The resort itself has a convenient store which it was very nice for the days we were spending time by the community pool or after watching a movie in the resort theater. During our stay, we loved to come to this area and listen to live music in the evening while getting very affordable drinks and tapas from the convenience store. 

Highly recommend this villa, it had everything we needed to make our vacation pleasant and memorable.

Without a doubt, this Villa is in great condition. As soon as we arrived, we could smell the freshness and cleanliness in the house. It was very comfortable and it offered both our grandchildren and us all an unforgettable vacation. The location is excellent since it is just a few minutes away from the Disney parks.

The house also has a great location within the Windsor Hills Resort, less than a few blocks from the main playground / waterpark and is very nicely located for morning walks.

This villa is also on a south facing corner lot; so the sun is on the pool all day and provides a little extra privacy, which was nice. Since we went during wintertime, we paid a little extra to heat the pool; which made the water warm and pleasant. We did not regret that choice. So, if you are traveling during a cooler season, ask for the pool heat to be turned on at booking time; as this request should be placed prior to arrival.

Lastly, we really appreciated a comprehensive information binder full of details regarding the property and the Orlando / Kissimmee area! The Coupons for dining options were also nice to have upon arrival.

Overall, it was a great experience. For us, it was the perfect home away from home.
