Windsor Hills is only 1 mile to the gates of  Disney and this villa is located on this luxury gated resort community, with 4 bedrooms each with their own en suite and a private pool and spa all located a short walk from the communities facilities!

Windsor Hills Resort boasts free amenities for all of our guests including a 24hr manned and gated community entrance a fantastic lagoon pool with a water slide, plenty of comfortable sun loungers, a gazebo area overlooking a lake, a hot tub, a kids pool and play area.

There's a family BBQ Area and a clubhouse that hosts a small movie theatre, fitness center, video game arcade, pool tables and table tennis tables a computer room and not to forget a sundry shop on location too serving all the essentials.

A tiki bar serves refreshing alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as well as snacks. There are sports courts including volleyball, basketball & tennis.

Our home includes free wifi and free calls throughout the USA, Canada and Puerto Rico. The living room has comfortable furniture, a large screen TV and a view out to the pool area. There is a spacious kitchen for cooking meals when not dining out a large dining table or breakfast bar to dine at. The game room features a pool table and air hockey table.

Our home includes, bath towels, pool towels, bed linens, full size washer and dryer, hair dryers in each bathroom, iron, ironing board, high speed internet with wireless capability, telephone service and a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances, cookware, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc. 

The screened in pool and heated spa area has seating to dine outside, a covered area to escape the sun’s rays and sun loungers for the sunbathers! Our home has a security frnce for child safety with the additiona of safety alarms on all doors leading to the pool area.

Please note that although the outside pool and spa can be heated there is an additional charge to this. It's $25 per day with a minimum 5 day charge. Please request this at the time of your reservation or at least 72 hours before arrival so that it gives us an opportunity to have your pool heated in time for your arrival.
